Quote requests: email, ZIP code, optional phone, preferred contact method, purchase timeframe, property size, intended uses, must-have features, budget range, and any optional notes you submit.
Feedback: any text you submit (general feedback, spec issues, model requests).
App diagnostics: basic app analytics events and crash reports.
Updates signup / waitlist: if you sign up for Stump Apps updates, we may collect your email address and any optional information you submit (such as name, app interests, platform, beta-testing interest, or comments).
How we use it
To provide comparison features and improve data quality.
If you request a quote, to follow up and (if applicable) route your request to a dealer/seller who may contact you.
To send product updates, beta invitations, release announcements, and related communications if you signed up to receive updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Quote request data may be shared with a dealer/seller only to help you receive pricing/availability if you submitted a quote request.
We do not share your updates-signup information except with service providers used to operate the form/list (for example, Google Forms / Google Sheets).
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for performance and crash reporting (we do not intentionally send your email/phone in analytics events).
We use Supabase as our backend/database and storage.
We use Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and store updates-signup / waitlist responses.
We may use Google Sites to host website pages.
You can use core research/compare features without creating an account.
You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@stumpapps.com.
If you signed up for updates, you can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@stumpapps.com or support@stumpapps.com and requesting removal from the updates list.
Data retention
We keep submitted information only as long as needed to operate the app, review feedback, manage quote requests, and provide updates/waitlist communications, unless you request deletion.
Our apps and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
